At the end of the Visual Identity process, a Style Guide was compiled, which includes blocks such as: Full Logo Description, Basic Corporate Identity and Branded Media.
Style Guide:
The design features straight lines without rounding, with the alignment mostly on the left and uniform spacing between elements. The circle is the key visual element, forming the basis of both the logo and graphic elements. Several design methods are used for creating advertising materials: Main information (logo, heading, text) + minimalist branded illustration + contact information; Main information + background image; Logo + image of medication + information about the medication. Similar methods are also used in advertising design. These designs convey a sense of lightness, simplicity, and kindness, while the minimalist approach ensures that the information is easy to perceive and remember.
Key Visual:
The Geologica font family was chosen – a simple, easy-to-read, modern font that is free for both personal and commercial use.
Fonts:
The primary colour is blue, which is strongly associated with medicine and evokes friendly, calm feelings. White is used as the background colour, while black is used for the text. These colours create a simple and light atmosphere, which is exactly what is needed for pharmacies.
Colours:
A unique logo was designed, both in terms of concept and form, which would also be easy to remember. The logo is minimalist, consisting of a brand symbol featuring an icon of a location pin and a medical "+" sign, along with the company name rendered in a modified version of the Geologica Medium font.
Logo:
The task was to develop a logo, corporate identity, various brand materials, packaging for medications (one example), and to compile the entire design into a guideline. Medstation is a small company that aims to grow and expand internationally, so the main goal was to create a design that would make their pharmacies stand out from others, attract customers' attention, and be memorable.
Objectives:
Medstation is a pharmacy chain that sells in-demand, high-quality medications. It offers its customers a wide range of drugs from various categories, as well as free consultations from specialists to help with choosing the right products.
